      Designer Interview

      27 Jan 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MakerStreet

      Interview

There was a phone call with a recruiter and two occasions were I visited the office for multiple interviews. The interviews were informal conversations were actually not many questions were asked. The directors wanted to speak more than listen. They did not even want to see my portfolio, they believed that was fine. I felt being lectured as if I was a small child.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Which of their agencies I wanted to work at. The agencies seemed to have overlapping functions, projects, and offices. So to me it was not clear what to choose.
