First a quick over the phone to make sure the details were all correct, then I was invited to an in-person interview. They were able to push it back no problem because I had Covid. We sat in their office for just under an hour as they asked about my background and we talked about the company. They gave me the timeframe of when they'd get back to me and they got back to me promptly.
