Interview
They needed to have a fast turnaround for interviewing (maybe just be cause the holidays were coming up) and for offers responses (offer response turnaround was probably industry standard) because they're hiring so fast. Great interviewers and interview process, got time to ask lots of questions and get to know a good breadth of people (met 4).

Interview
I initially connected with the recruiter, who reached out to check my availability. After providing some dates, I didn’t receive an invite, but they followed up with another availability email. I shared my dates again, and this time they sent me a Zoom link.
On the day of the interview, I joined the call and answered all the questions, which were fairly basic programming questions. The recruiter seemed pleased with my responses and arranged a second interview with the manager. During that interview, I answered all her questions, and she also had a very positive response.
However, after that interview, I didn’t hear back from them regarding any updates. I’m quite disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up.

Interview
My interview process was AI video driven where you answer about 10 questions. The first 2-3 questions are just filler to calm you down and get you comfortable with the process. I found it difficult because you are talking to a video of yourself while answering questions. It would be a great method for content creators and people who are used to filming themselves for use on social media. But for someone who is a good communicator with people, its tough. I never talked to a person during the entire process and never heard anything in the days after the interview. They just delete you I guess.
Why not just send a form letter that they moved on? Is that too difficult? It would be the professional and classy thing to do. Instead, they ghost you like someone who didnt like you on a dating app. Its indicative of how HR is run for MLB it would seem.
The Interview Process was actually super chill if you know what you're doing - they know how to hold a conversation and you'll feel super comfortable and at home. All in all a super chill project.
