Interview
-Short process of only 2 steps: 1. Assessment; 2. Video interview with members of the team, including the HM. -The team was really nice and easy-going. They never turned up the heat -- we went over my resume and discussed the expectations for the role and my goals. I thought it went great, we shared a sincere laugh at the end and they asked me to send my references to HR, but I was ghosted. I asked HR for an update a month after the interview, even though it was clear I didn't get it, and didn't receive a response for another month, two months after the final interview when I was supposed to find out within 7-10 days. I asked a team member if they could send me feedback on how to improve, and they never answered. It's understandable that people are busy and could easily miss an email, but it's common courtesy to send a brief final decision email to all finalists.
