My experience was far from professional. The interview was conducted via video conference, and while I was asked to turn on my camera, none of the four interview panel members did the same. This lack of reciprocity felt disrespectful and created an uncomfortable dynamic, as I was left feeling exposed while they remained anonymous.
The absence of video from the interviewers, including the HR representative, made the interaction feel impersonal and detached. It also raised questions about the company's commitment to transparency and professionalism.
