I had 1 phone screen, a phone interview and an in person interview. The process felt unorganized and not very professional. For the in person interview they ask me if they could test my InDesign skills. Apparently examples of prior work created within InDesign was not enough to prove my abilities. As they "tested" my skills they wanted to sit next to me and watch. It was super uncomfortable and made me believe as a company they have serious trust issues and that micromanagement is a real possibility at this company. I left shortly after the interview started because I was so uncomfortable with the entire situation.
