My interviewer was very pleasant and made the process extremely comfortable. The entire interview felt more like a conversation, which I really appreciated. Overall, a really great experience, especially as a new grad.

She asked me about my clinical experience in terms of types of patients I've treated, familiarity/comfort with certain diagnoses, etc.
Process involved an initial phone screening, and then a virtual interview with the rehab manager and other therapists on the team. From there, an offer was made with details on what the company provides.

They had multiple people that you would talk to. At the open house a recruiter would find out what you are interested in and set you up to interview with one of the rehab managers
