I applied through an online database of a career fair in London. I did an online assessment later and was shortlisted for a group assessment after. I received the offer a day after the assessment but unfortunately had to decline due to personal circumstances.

Question 1
We were presented with different case studies/hypothetical situations and were asked to come to a response as a group, to be presented to a panel of judges.

Interview
Online test and assessment centre. Online test was fairly easy. Needed certain marks to pass to next stage with was the assessment. Assessment centre was unexpected and could not be prepared.
