      Graphic Designer Interview

      23 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Noida
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Magnon Group (Noida) in Apr 2026

      Interview

The overall interview experience wasn’t great. It felt like the company’s upper management is still aligned with an older style of design, and some of the questions seemed like they were from a much earlier era of interviewing, which didn’t really match how things work today. A few questions around outdated design topics felt irrelevant for a modern design role. There were also some personal questions that seemed unnecessary. The senior HR’s attitude also came across as a bit harsh, which made the experience somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, it didn’t feel like the right fit for me.
