Straightforward and brief. Met with the head of sales at the time. There was a big emphasis on international experience and contract experience. It was evident that not having this experience is a non-starter.

Interview
I met my contact personally, and he put me in touch with the then-head of the department. We met once, and had a one on one interview. It was very easy and uncomplicated, a fairly no-frills process.
