First, I submitted a cover letter and resume in person.
Then, I was told to fill out an application, which was handed to me right then.
I received a phone call to schedule a day and time to come in for a 3-step interview process.
3 separate interviews on the same day (about 20 min each):
1. President
2. The 2 Deans and/or the VP of Mission
3. The department chairperson
I received a phone call within a week or two with the job offer.
