Thorough screening through email and phone calls with HR and COO that lead to an in-person interview. The interview was comfortable and they asked about my goals and skills and level of independence since the position is a like a "stand-alone" job. It was nice that they asked about hobbies as well, and the interview was relatively short. (<2 hours) I don't remember taking a screening test, but sometimes that is standard for some of the positions.
Company culture relies a lot on your own ability to take notes and perform without instruction or feedback on a regular basis. If there is tension, do not expect management to address it early-on, rather you have to bring up the issue directly (mostly to vent) and try to wrap your head around something else to think about or
focus on.
