I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maestro Personal Assistants (Carrollton, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Gotta dress up. Full on suit and tie. You go in to answer a bunch of questions, then you wait for god knows how long before they call you to tell you that you've been qualified for a second interview. Which, by the way, ANY moron can qualify for a menial second interview. They make it sound sooo important. Don't work here. It's the stuff of nightmares.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Besides the routine "why do you wanna work here" questions, they also asked some pretty dumb questions like, "what would you do if this happened" or "who was the first man on the moon". My favorite was "a man lived in a one story house....blah blah blah... how many stair did he have?" Or something equally dumb. A lot of off the wall questions I've never been asked before.

Interview
I applied and received a call from HR about a week later. Phone interview, then French interview with an agent. Then went in for a face to face interview with HR, which was pretty easy. The stupid part was the test they make you take with general knowledge.
Then I took a computer skills test and passed everything. Met with owner and two managers for the last interview. They called me about three weeks later saying I had the job.

Interview
Pretty standard everyone seems nice. Sometimes I have heard yelling in the offices while people are waiting in the main area to be interviewed. Do not worry you wont be interacting with them much. Although if it had happened when I interviewed I would have left.

Question 1
They pretty much ask you to look up stuff online. If you have used Google its not to hard.
