Madison Reed Design Director interview questions

I was emailed by a recruiter for Madison Reed to interview for the position of Design Director. I had a phone conversation with him that went well and he wanted to arrange another phone interview with 2nd recruiter within the company. He set up a time for me to speak with this person. Several days before the next phone interview with the 2nd recruiter, the 1st recruiter contacted me to say we needed to reschedule to another day. I accommodated and rearranged my schedule. I waited and waited and the 2nd recruited never called. I contacted the 1st recruiter that evening and let him now I was never contacted. His response was, he was so sorry and would find out what happened. Two weeks later and still no follow up or explanation as to what happened by any of them. Extremely unprofessional organization. In all my years of interviewing I have never encountered such lack of consideration for other people's time.
