Madison-Kipp interview questions

Contacted me to schedule a zoom interview (COVID) and it was me, an engineering manager, and an HR person. The questions weren't tough, it was a loose interview, and they seemed like they just wanted to get to know me.

After applying, there was a phone screen with the recruiter, a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager, and a panel interview onsite. The panel interview included the team I would be working with and some key executives .
