I saw the opening on LinkedIn. Then they had a screening call. When my profile aligned with theirs, they sent me an assignment. But they gave me ample time to finish it (6 Years)
The initial interview was conducted by the HR representative, where we discussed my background, skills, and the role’s basic requirements. After that, I had a more in-depth second call with the account manager, where we explored specific responsibilities, team dynamics, and how my experience aligns with their business development goals.
