Great interview process as the interviewer was strong and we just had a flowful conversation about my history and contribution. Also feedback on how I can add value if I would join the team. The role downsized so they thought I was too overqualified

Career Background History - very hands on interview
Round 1: Recruiter discussions over the phone.
Round 2: In person interview with manager and senior stakeholder. (High subject matter expectations relating to financial products)
Round 3: At home online test. The test was difficult and they score expectations must be high.
This was a STAR interview format for your reading, research, and convenience. This was not necessarily the role for me, but overall, I had a good experience with the HR team throughout the interview process.
