Questions regarding experience, interest in the outdoors, availability etc. The experience questions were presented in the 'tell me a time you helped a difficult customer' sort of format.

Interviewer was very kind and welcoming. The questions asked were a mixture of common and complex - obviously hiking/camping related. Nothing too difficult but understanding and relating to hiking/camping as a hobby definitely boosts the chance of employment.
