Unprofessional and dissatisfactory. Did an three-stage, buggy AI driven part, including an aptitude test and AI video interview, followed by a home assignment which was three parts, each of which was on real life issues they are facing, and very time consuming. Passed everything, and met the VP. Interview went well, he proved for all the ideas he could get, then ultimately, no offer. After all that was notified with a boilerplate WhatApp message, and an automated email a few days later. All of my time and effort, and they didn't even have the decency to pick up the phone. Red flags to the very end, it's the worst recruitment process I've experienced in a 15 years.

Interview
There was no professional check and it was generally disorganised. The manager asked inappropriate personal questions rather than asking about my professional skill. There was then no follow up from their side. I had to follow up myself.
