Interview
15 minute long interview if they're not interested; 6-7 hour long interview if they're interested, including meeting more than one person. Very direct and to the point director of engineering (a good thing). He wanted me to contact him post interview to schedule a second interview, but stopped responding to emails. Unfortunately, I later found out they had hired someone else.

Question 1
Not your typical "what do you know about our company?" or "tell me your biggest weakness?" questions. They mainly ask about qualifications, though they do ask the very tough question of "why should we hire you?". There are some technical questions, surprisingly about things not covered in college.

Interview
Brief initial interview with mechanical engineering manager, followed by an extensive interview with several different engineers. Numerous different technical questions, skipping past the generic interview questions you looked up on google.
