Online recorded interview followed by an assessment centre. The assessment centre consists of a group project alongside other people who have applied to the same/similar roles followed by a one to one interview.

Describe a time where you used team working skills
It was kind of a long thing from around 10 am to 3pm but the trainees are really friendly and easy to talk to, so feel free to ask as much questions to them
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mace (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Took about 1 month, applying directly through Mace Careers. Invited to interview at the Moorgate office in London. Interview lasted for around 40-45 minutes and involved a variety of questions that target different competencies. Looked firstly at asking questions about my university course and asked a few specific questions around my CV.
