Interview
The interview process is structured, nothing fancy. As for the hiring process, even though your supervisor interviews you everything must be cleared by HR and they make the final "offer." Its pretty simple and relatively organized actually.

Question 1
The only questions you really are asked are "Name a time when..." for example "Name a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker". These questions will be more difficult if you lack work experience, but will in no way disqualify you for the job.
