I was not looking for a new role, and was very happy at my current company. I would have said I had my dream job- and personally, I was not in the right frame of mind to commit to an interview process, In January, I connected with Becky. She was very proactive and tried hard to get me interested in the company and role... she worked at me for 4 whole months. I appreciated that she didn't give up, and that she respected me professionally. She worked around my schedule for interviews and never once made me feel like a candidate. I actually felt like a future team member through my entire interview. I appreciated the laid back style of interviewing. Becky was kind enough to give me a heads up on a possible "walking" interview with the CTO. I like the out of the box interview style. I enjoyed meeting with both the CFO and CTO. Both of them were the reasons i joined the team, they were direct and passionate. I left the interview feeling like I needed to help set this thing on fire...
Also, after receiving an offer... I appreciated that the CFO took time to jump on the phone with me for almost an hour to chat about concerns that I had. I have found this to also be consistent with others who have interviewed.
