I initially was recruited by an external recruiter in August. Interviewed and was told it was being put on hold. A few months later I was approached by a different external recruiter. I declined. A few months later saw it was posted on LinkedIn and I reached out. Went in to interview in Nov 2024 and then silence after. It is now December 2025 and I’ve now seen this job reposted at least three times in 2024. Why they are hiring for is not complex or specialized. The fact that they can’t find a candidate is quite literally insane and clearly an internal problem. No one there is a marketer or knows anything about marketing. They have no idea what they need and I listened to them and explained clearly what I could do to help solve their issues. But they ghosted me. Instead they are reposting over and over. I cannot even imagine how many candidates time they’ve wasted. Don’t interview for this role, it’s clearly not an organization that values clients time, and is not serious about hiring anymore.
