I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MUBI (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
The start to end interview process was made up of three rounds, and I met with immediate team members and a senior stakeholder from a different department. I moved through each stage relatively swiftly, and communication was regular throughout.

How do you use data to inform your decision-making?
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so pleased to hear that you found the process smooth and well-communicated. Ensuring candidates have a clear and engaging journey is something we strive for, so it's great to know that stood out to you.

Application
I applied through other source. I interviewed at MUBI
Interview
In my experience, the interview discussion focused largely on compensation expectations and budget constraints rather than on overall role fit or long-term contribution. Communication was very transactional and follow-up was non-existent.
I found the tone of the interaction more interrogative than conversational, which made it difficult to build rapport or fully understand the team or role. The contract structure also created uncertainty for candidates looking for stability.
