Case study was given to be reviewed by each of the applicants. Then followed by questions asked beneath the case study. It involves understanding of the business, financial, operational issues affecting the performance of the entity.

Long recruitment process with stages. The last stage was tough, with case studies, powerpoint preparation and presentations, general panel interview, etc. However, after months of waiting, I was told that my application will not progress due to policy. I don't really know what that is but I gathered from a reliable source that they prefer internal staff. This is common with MTN; they should just open such positions to internal staff only instead of subjecting external applicants to rigorous process when they have decided who to give the role.
