Panel was made up of 4 people in a very nice ambiance. Panelists were friendly and generally warm. I had to wait for almost an hour which was not so nice, but the panelists handled my anxiety quite well. Interview was in 3 sections; Job specific, Industry knowledge and MTN Values. In all, it took about 40mins to complete the process.
