I applied online. I interviewed at MTAG SERVICES (Mount Pleasant, SC)
Interview
I applied online via Indeed and was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview a week later. The phone interview was very standard and laid back with typical questions about my current and past experience. At the end of the conversation, she indicated on wanting to bring me in for a face to face interview, which was scheduled two weeks out. At the face to face interview, I met the Hiring Manager (HR Manager) and was given a more in depth overview about the responsibilities/duties for the position and about the company. After the interview, I was set up to speak with the President and COO. He asked me situational and standard interview questions- was very comfortable to speak too. Following that interview, about a week later was verbally extended an offer.

Question 1
What makes a good employee?
In your own words, what is the role you applied for?
How can you contribute to make the company better?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MTAG SERVICES (Charleston, SC) in Feb 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and provided a description of the role. After I expressed interest, I met with the hiring manager. He was very laid back and asked mostly situational questions. A week or so passed, and I was invited back for a second interview with the director of the department. He was extremely knowledgably and went into day-to-day details about the position. During the second interview, I was not asked any situational questions but just asked to describe my background and how I would be a good fit for the role. Two weeks later, I was asked to meet with the CEO and COO of the company. They asked challenging behavior based questions. Management seems to really care about finding the right fit for the company. The interview process was lengthy, but this was the recruiter's fault.
