Interview
The process was quick and seamless. I had applied online and was contacted by the HR for an interview with the Group Director. They got back to me within a week after the interview.
The interviewer asked about experience in social media management and campaign development. Discussed content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis. The conversation flowed smoothly, with insightful questions and a friendly atmosphere.
The supervisor of the team interviewed me. It took around 15 minutes. Basically asking questions about relevant experiences related to the job and see if you are able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Two interviews. one was with a recruiter and one was with a future team manager. Was very easy going and friendly conversation. The process fast and made as easy as possible.
