The interview process was... short. The company seemed fantastic from the outside looking in, and I was really looking forward to the opportunity to interview. The administrative assistant I spoke to on the phone beforehand was really kind, and everyone I spoke to when I arrived for my interview was welcoming and friendly. Until I got to my interviewer. The best way I can describe her is she seemed like someone who didn't actually want to hire an employee. She was defensive, rude, and very standoffish to the point that I wanted to ask why I was even selected for an interview. When she mentioned that time off cannot be taken at the end of the month, I let her know that was perfectly fine, only in 1 weeks time (end of June) I would be out of town for a week for a long previously planned vacation. She rolls her eyes, snaps her binder shut and goes "well guess we're done here, I have a VERY short window to hire and train!!" and ushered me out... I was incredibly awkward. When I returned from my vacation, I saw that MSI had re-posted the position as they hadn't even filled it yet. She never needed to behave that way. One of the most uncomfortable interviews I've had.
