Interview
Consists of an initial HR screening, followed by a Panel Interview consisting of members from your chosen department. Very smooth and considerate with interview scheduling and conflicts. Will ask a lot about your experiences, particularly about ESG.
More chill than I expected. The office demographic is young and so it is easier to relate to the interviewers. They assess you based on previous experiences and your capability to work under pressure and in teams

The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a screening call from HR followed by a technical interview. The questions focused on both technical concepts and problem-solving skills, with some behavioral questions to assess fit. The interviewers were courteous and created a comfortable environment.
