The interview was conducted in two parts, on Microsoft teams platform. The first round interview was conducted by the manager and was technical in nature. He asked questions about regex, SQL and also asked me to make a program in Python. The whole round got wrapped up in 40 minutes. Then (after a week) came the next round, this time with the executive director. Although he asked a couple of basic technical questions but the overall round was mostly manegerial asking general questions about my approach and how can I contribute more. He basically tested my mindset and the interview got over in less than 30 minutes. After a week, I received a call from the HR that I'll have another quick round with the senior team member of the talent acquisition. He basically told me that I have been selected and gave me the information about the next steps. He asked about salary expectations and we wrapped up the whole interview within 20 minutes. Two days later I received the offer letter and was given the joining date after two weeks.
