I had an online interview with the Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. She asked about my background, my weaknesses and mostly she explains the positions descriptions. This position is a 100% commission based salary and to me, it can not be working for me. I know that you will earn more money in commission based positions, but even for these positions, company can offer a minimum amount of salary for a short time and they can decrease the amount of your commission in these month. so it will be a win-win game for both the employee and the employee and employer.

It seemed like a great work environment with exciting projects, however, the role was subtly structured as a contractor-only position. This meant there would be zero base pay and strictly commission-based.
