MPM Chartered Accountants interview questions

There were two stages of interview. First was average, but they did not appear very organised for the second. A partner and admin present who gossiped about past employees by name which was alarming. Following this interview, no one had the courtesy to make a follow-up call or email. I didn't get a very positive impression.
