It was structured and objective. The interview process was like any other. Just be yourself and complete honest answers. They value diversity and looking for fresh ideas. Formality is neutral and be culturally minded.

Phone screen interview first, asked some questions in relation to the program and your experiences worked with the target population. And then invite candidates to a face to face interview - One program manager and one department manager take turns to ask about 10 questions.
