Interview
Two rounds of interviews. One with Human Resource and One with two senior partners.
Both interviews were very simple and mostly experience based questions were asked.
Partners were very friendly and accommodating.

Interview
HR interview followed by two senior partner interviews and follow up with the hiring partner. Each was very informal with a lot of focus on clarity on the role itself, the balance of BD and delivery. Very conversational.
