The process began with a quick HR screening, followed by a formal interview with a manager and partner. There were no technical questions asked, only standard behavioral ones. The initial HR call took less than 5 minutes. I received an offer the very same day, and everything was incredibly easy to set up.

Because of Covid-19 all of the interviews were done over the phone or online via Microsoft teams. The interviews were conducted professionally and all interviewers made the process comfortable. I would recommend this company for all accountants that are looking for a public practice career.

Interview
MNP places a lot of weight on their networking events. You need to connect with as many MNP people as you can at multiple events to increase your chances of getting an interview. Get to know the HR recruiter too!!! After applying online I got a call for an interview a week later. I was attending school out of town so my first interview was through Skype. They asked standard behavioural and get to know me-type questions. A partner and HR recruiter conducted the interview. MNP’s “second interview” is a social mixer.... it’s casual and there’s no pressure. Just be friendly and not weird.
