Replied to a listing on Craigslist and was contacted rather quickly. Scheduled and interview and met with the manager of the production department. She had already seen my online portfolio so she jumped right into what the job entailed. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. More of a conversation than an interview. Later I got a call offering me the job.
