sie erkennen, ob man für den Job geeignet ist oder nicht, da man sehr offen und kommunikativ sein muss. Überzeugend sein ist natürlich auch kein Nachtel
The interview took many steps that could have been partially shortened. Besides that, the employer/managers describes a job with great possibilities and benefits, but the risks and disadvantages aren't told at all. This point made the interview kind of weird, so I looked for external informations about the company. Many warned me about starting this career as the main one and told that all the great chances aren't as easy to reach as the managers say and that most beginners tend to flee from the job asap.
