I had a two-stage interview with the Head of Department and a representative from the Human Resources team. Both were friendly and respectful, which made the session comfortable and professional. During the interview, I was asked to review and comment on a structural layout on the spot. It tested my ability to interpret drawings quickly and communicate my technical opinion clearly which I believe went well.
