MKB, REALTORS interview questions

You meet with the managing broker. It is very laid back. I wouldn't even really call it an interview as you are really interviewing them as a company to see if they are the right fit for your business.

The interview process was almost more of a conversation than a formal interview. It was very informal although the do expect a clean appearance... business attire. The atmosphere was very informal along with the attitudes of the employees. You meet face to face and they ask you questions about your availability and your past experience and then you discuss what kinds of tasks you would be expected to perform well if you got the job. Easy.
