The first step was a phone screening with Talent Acquisition. Then a teams interview with director of department, then a 3rd with another member of the department. These all went well as they scheduled a 4th interview in person. Between the 3rd and 4th, they had me take a Watson-Glaser test and a personality test. I assume I failed both as I got a rejection email the following morning, and a notification that my 4th interview was cancelled because I "did not pass assessment." I don't think I was supposed to get that email. Both assessments had absolutely nothing to do with my knowledge, skills, or capabilities in the job role I was interviewing for. Total waste of time and weeks of effort.
