Although I ultimately did not get an offer, I believe I was fairly close; however, something changed last minute. Full interview circuit was grueling: -6 hr onsite interview (8+ people, including manager, with a 30 min presentation + 30 min questions) -1 hr additionally with chemistry director -2 hrs additionally interviews with staff scientists -1 hr additionally with other non-staff scientists While the schedule was difficult, I personally have never met nor spoke with any group of scientists more inspiring and talented than this group.
