30 minute behavioral interview with a Lincoln Labs senior technical employee at my school's career center. He asked behavioral and resume questions, and told me that he would submit his notes along with my resume to an internal database. From that point, if any team needed an intern and looked up candidates and saw I was a good fit, the Lincoln Labs HR would reach out to me.

It was very casual, I was asked questions about my research and previous work experience as well as some of the classes I had taken. I was briefed on some of the projects currently being worked on.
