The process took less than two months. It started with an HR screening, which included general questions about your experience.
Next, there was a more in-depth interview with the hiring manager and a panel. This interview was conducted on-site and followed a structured format using the STAR methodology. The panel and hiring manager were very approachable, open to questions, and thoughtful in their approach. They focused on your experience and how you would handle specific situations. Depending on the role, there may also be technical questions—I did not have any in my case.
Lastly, there was a final HR interview where the offer was extended.
