Interview
Interview consisted of three interviews with three different members from the company corporate who asked questions to gauge personality and fit with the company. They asked about how you work in a fast paced environment etc.
The interview process was a very warm and welcoming process. Mint really asks questions to get to know you better and make sure you're a good fit, rather than intimidate. Everything about the interview process was smooth and great!
