Felt unorganised and rushed. Little attention had been paid to my CV and this came across as very unprofessional and I was not impressed. Lots of resignations and lack of confidence in them overall led me to not pursue it any further.
I applied online. I interviewed at MHA (Milton Keynes, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was an application online, video interview, assessment centre and final in person interview. The MHA team did not reply to my confirmation of the assessment centre so I had to get the information off of another applicant. Then they said we would hear back by the next week and I heard back 3 weeks later. Then after my in person interview they said I would receive feedback in 24 hours but it was another 2 week wait. Very unwelcoming and gave off an unprofessional and unorganised feel.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MHA in Apr 2026
Interview
After the initial application and numerical tests, I completed a 4-hour assessment centre, a 1-hour in-person interview, and a final interview with a partner, only to be told I was unsuccessful in a 1-minute phone call.
I understand the job market is competitive, but MHA and other companies should be able to provide constructive feedback and be more transparent with candidates who reach the final stages of the recruitment process.
Candidates invest significant time, effort, and, in many cases, money on travel. After progressing that far, being given no meaningful feedback makes the process feel frustrating and unbalanced. A short explanation of what could be improved would go a long way rather then just pity words.
