There are at least 6–7 steps in the interview process. Thus, the hiring procedure is tedious. Every employee must sign a bond with the company that lasts for three years. They also prohibit an employee from obtaining a master's degree during the first two years after contract signing.

It was a long interview process and went on for over 1.5 months. I had to sit for 6 different interviews to get to the last stage. There where cognitive tests, there were phone interviews and zoom calls, etc.
