The process started off with a pre-screen interview that was about 30 minutes long. It was pretty straightforward, and standard questions were asked. About a week or so later, I had an interview with the hiring manager. That was about an hour long with mostly situational/behavioral questions asked. Everything up to this point had been great. The process was organized and professional; however, after the interview with the hiring manager, I never received a response or notification regarding the final status of my candidacy, despite being told that I would. This was incredibly disappointing and not something I expected from this company. The lack of communication demonstrated poor leadership and a disturbing lack of professionalism. It completely contradicts some of the values they proudly promote: 1.) Respect: promote honest communication, dignity, and support. 2.) Integrity: commit to fairness, honor, and truthfulness. Candidates invest significant time and effort into this process, and it's highly disrespectful to completely disregard the importance of providing common decency and follow-up. This genuinely makes me question if this is how the company operates on a regular basis with its employees and customers.
