Interview
Contacted via phone by Regional Manager. Asked for formal interview by same Regional Manager afterward. Final step was interviewing with Community Manager at one of her properties. Both interviews were professional, but casual. I had a positive experience for both and felt I bonded with them over work-style and outlook.
I applied through Indeed and a recruiter got back to me from MG properties. They and another property was interested in me. I got the interview after several follow up calls to the recruiter. The manager was busy and didn't return my calls after some time. She was cool in the interview but transparent about the property might sell.
